A segurança do condomínio é um de nossos diferenciais, por isso , para acesso ao condomínio e check in no imóvel, é necessário o envio prévio de documento com fotos de todos os hóspedes. O estacionamento de veículos deverá ser feito na área determinada da casa, não podendo ser colocados veículos na parte da grama e em outros locais que dificultem o acesso aos demais condôminos. O consumo da energia (1,30 Kw/h) ) e água( 16,00 m3) será cobrado de acordo ao consumo apurado no final da estadia. Necessário pagamento caução no valor de R$ 4.000,00 e assinatura de termo de vistoria. Não nos responsabilizamos por objetos esquecidos na casa, mas encontrando, será um prazer devolvê-los.
